It's actually more like when one becomes three, but I have the Spice Girls in my head and I just couldn't not.
Hello there! Sneaking this little update for you since I a) have the word availability to ramble and b) want to let readers know what's happening with the reverse harem novel I've been teasing for the last couple months. An exciting thing has happened, actually, where my beta reader said to me, hey, Jade, that book you think is finished... it would actually work really well as a series.
And she's dead right.
The book I had been gearing up to launch in Feb, despite all the mini hurdles this past year has delivered, actually, really, truly needs to be longer... And I don't want to be that person that rushes into delivering something sub par when I could work this into something soooo much steamier, sexier, and richer. (I'm pretty sure this new re-juggle is going to open the door wide for some hate sex 🔥)
So... I'm not sticking a firm deadline on these darlings, even though the book world is of course thoroughly fleshed out and a large portion of it written. I think I'll have it finished for final beta readers in a couple of months. I also thought 2020 was going to be the year I took up swing dancing.
I'm learning to go with the flow.
And in fairness to you beautiful readers out there, I'm going to make sure to update you when that flow changes, when we hit rapids, when a delightful beaver has built a dam in the way. Okay analogy over I just had to stick a beaver in there. It's what Marek would have wanted.
